The AMA Foundation is saddened to share that AMA Foundation Board Member Rusty Kennedy passed away July 11, 2026.

On July 11, 2026, AMA Foundation staff attended the first event in the local Muncie Three Trails Concert Series, working to expose community members to AMA and the joy that our hobby brings.

For the second year in a row, AMA and the AMA Foundation welcomed Scouts and their families to the International Aeromodeling Center for a day of discovery, excitement, and flight.

AMA member Jim Luby recently inducted his wife, Mary, into the AMA Foundation's Copilot Recognition Program. Jim now shares the story of his and his wife's journey in model aviation.
