In collaboration with Pink Ribbon Good (PRG), the AMA Foundation is excited to announce a NEW PRG-Themed Build Contest! Inspired by PRG's Pink Fleet, this build contest is open to all AMA members across the globe.

Three pink camo vehicles: a truck, helicopter, and cement mixer.

PRG is an organization dedicated to providing free meals, rides to treatment, peer support, and housecleaning essentials to individuals across the country who have been impacted by breast and/or gynecological cancers. The AMA Foundation is honored to have the opportunity to help spread their mission, all while giving AMA members the chance to honor loved ones who have been impacted in a unique and meaningful way.

Whether you want to show support for a loved one, help raise awareness for PRG's cause, or simply want to participate in an exciting and unique contest, we can't wait to see all of the unique builds that you create!

Here's how it works:

  1. Grab your favorite plans, kit, or scratch-building materials
  2. Build your aircraft, boat, or car to your liking
  3. Finish and decorate your aircraft, boat, or car, ensuring that you include the PRG logo on the finished product
  4. Submit your finished build for the chance to win incredible prize packages, including products from Hitec, Du-Bro, PRG, Horizon Hobby, the AMA Foundation, and more!

To make this contest as inclusive as possible, and to encourage our AMA Youth members to get involved, there's only one eligibility requirement: you must have the PRG logo displayed on your final build product

The AMA Foundation's partnership with PRG was formed after a run-in meeting at the 2025 Dayton Air Show. AMA Foundation Executive Director Steve Haston conversed with attending PRG staff, sharing his personal experiences with cancer and voicing support for AMA members who have also been impacted.

The PRG-Themed Build Contest was inspired by PRG's Pink Fleet, an initiative that allows their supporters to wrap their cars and/or full-size aircraft in PRG branding. AMA Foundation staff immediately connected this to our members' passion for the building and customization of model aircraft, and from there, the PRG-Themed Build Contest was created.
