N.E. Kansas Blue Sky Squadron Receives AMA Club Recognition and Reward Grant
The North East Blue Sky Squadron recently received an AMA Club Recognition and Reward Grant for $175. The club is located in Berryton, Kansas. The club hosted their annual spring airshow on June 16 at their flying field. The event was free for the public and there was a $10 landing fee for pilots. The airshow normally has 50 to 60 different planes at the event. The club decided to start this annual event as an open airshow where anybody could fly any size aircraft. The AMA would like to thank the North East Blue Sky Squadron for hosting this annual event. To learn more about the club, click here.
