The AMA Foundation team had a fantastic week of meeting members from across the country and assisting with the UAS4STEM competition at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2024.

A long line of vendors eager to set up at the Georgia Aircraft Modelers Association swap meet began forming at 4 a.m.

The AMA Education team, AMA’s Contest Director, and the AMA Foundation were given an opportunity to support police and fire agencies at their recent skills day, held at the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center.

The AMA Foundation held its inaugural movie night on July 8 to celebrate the opening of the 100th Outdoor Nats.

Thanks to our donors, the AMA National Fun-Fly was a great success for the AMA Foundation. The event took place June 23-25 at the International Aeromodeling Center (IAC) in Muncie, Indiana.

All of our AMA clubs are fantastic, but I want to give a special shout-out to Tri-City R/C Modelers. Located in Richland, Washington, Tri-City has something for everyone to fly—3-D, ducted fan, electric, fixed wing, fuel/gas, Giant Scale, RC helicopters, park flyers, Pattern, and RC Pylon Racing.
