Evan is the son of Cheryl and Mark Wilde. He has been a member of the AMA since 2000 and has built and currently flies 12 models, including a quadcopter that he designed and built using his school’s 3-D printer. Evan has been a member of National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, Latin Club, and Chess Club, and played on the varsity golf team during his high school years. Evan has been accepted into the aerospace engineering program at the University of Texas at Austin, where he will begin in the fall.
