Throughout 2025, AMA Foundation staff want to become more involved in the aeromodeling community. This includes traveling to various aeromodeling events and meeting as many members and donors as possible! In order to schedule as many club visits as possible, we want to let you know where we'll be ahead of time.

So far, we at the AMA Foundation have confirmed our attendance at the following five events:
- Purdue Aviation Day—April 5, 2025—West Lafayette, Indiana
- Dayton ModelRama—April 25-26, 2025—Dayton, Ohio
- Horizon RC Fest—June 7-8, 2025—Monticello, Illinois
- Dayton Air Show—June 21-22, 2025—Vandalia, Ohio
- Aviation Community Day—July 12, 2025—Indianapolis, Indiana
While these are the only confirmed events as of now, they are not the only events that we'll be attending this year! Though a date isn't yet set, AMA Foundation staff will be traveling to the West Coast. We expect this to occur early in the fall.
Keep an eye out for future announcements about where we'll be traveling and what events we'll be attending. We're looking forward to meeting you, seeing the club that you call home, and learning more about your experience with the hobby!
