The Academy of Model Aeronautics Foundation will host the Friends of the Foundation Fun Fly at the International Aeromodeling Center (IAC) in Muncie, Indiana, September 13-15. This weekend event will bring together modelers from all disciplines for some fun flying while supporting the AMA Foundation.
“Our team is very excited to host this event at the IAC,” said the director of development for the AMA Foundation, Mandee Mikulski. “We plan on having a great time while raising money for the programs the foundation supports.”
Pilot registration is $40 and includes three days of flying, dinner on Saturday evening, and a swag bag. Tent spaces are available at no charge but are first come, first served. The event will take place on Site 3 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, and 8 a.m. to noon Sunday. See the event flyer here.
