Our volunteers are the best in the nation! They are the most dedicated, hard-working, and enthusiastic people in the US. Whether they are selling event tickets, hanging flyers, mowing at a club field, introducing kids or adults to the hobby, or seeking sponsorships and donations—they tackle every task with the knowledge that they are helping secure the future of model flying.
Our friends, called the 'Friends of the Foundation' have made a pledge to help the AMA Foundation raise money to continue to enhance and expand our programming. Not only will this help us make our hobby better, it will help us continue to grow as an organization. Our friends have signed on to volunteer to help us raise awareness for the organization and the programs that foster a passion for model flying and aeronautical career exploration.
