How to become a Friend of the Foundation Club/Company:
($500 or more raised annual through one of the following options)
- Host and event (Auction/ Swap Meet, Fly-A-Thon, Fun Fly, other type of event)
- Sign-up to participate in the RC Resale Network
- Select the AMA Foundation as your National Model Aviation Day charity
- Donate $500 or more annually to the AMA Foundation
- Participate in the AMA Foundation Partners in Flight program (Limited to Companies)
- In-kind donations will qualify companies to become a Friend of the Foundation and Partner in Flight, but monetary contributions are required for Levels of Support. (Limited to Companies)
All Friends of the Foundation Clubs/Companies will receive:
- Letter and certificate
- AMA Foundation swag
- Event listing on the website if applicable
- Club listing on Friends of the Foundation page
- Recognition on social media
- Included in listing Model Aviaiton
Levels of Recognized Support:
- $1,000: An engraved brick in the Walk of Fame
- $5,000: Supporting club banner
- $10,000: Admittance into the AMA Foundation Heritage Society
Levels of support are cumulative and will not expire. Only one brick and banner will be issued for clubs.
Friend of the Foundation Club status will expire 12 months from the date of application.
