Greetings My fellow Flyers and supporters of our addiction,
With the Grace of GOD, the club has been very giving to me in the membership fee over the last few years in which I have been deeply and gratefully humbled by the opportunity you have allowed me to enjoy with all the Perks it brings.
I have been an active member and supporter over many years, flying well over 58 years now and just wanted to say thank you my friends of the Skys. I’m not asking for more, I do not wish to overstep any rules or the burden of weight my disability to pay for the Membership has created.
I still fly when appropriate and most of all safely. My equipment is well used and worn, yet because of my love for the hobby and many learned talents from my training and livelihood working carrier of 48 years, I’m able to keep them all maintained.
Unfortunately forced into Retirement/SSD. Limited income is the struggle as is the luxuries of life, yet I’m oddly comfortable knowing I am not alone.
We are all like our models to have been before, stuck in a tree and wishing a gentle wind assists in the conundrum.
I wish all the very best with the endeavors of our trying times, and keep the faith that we will all survive and prosper soon. Thank you for Letting me vent, and for your time, efforts, and safe Flying always!!!
