I am a 45-year-old male who has flown most of his life. I started flying glow planes with my now-late father in 1988 at the age of 8. I have been flying now for 37 years. I enjoyed many, many years with my father by my side but sadly lost him in 2019.
I keep flying because its my freedom time, meaning I am not thinking about life problems while holding that transmitter. I enjoy flying electric 3D type airplanes for the most part these days but also fly helicopters, Drones/quads, run RC trucks and cars, 24th, 18th, 10th, and 8th scale. I have been a club instructor in the past for several clubs, but nowadays just enjoy a relaxing day at the field with my wife, while she is taking photos and videos while I fly.
