HOW TO ENTER: Any individual who sets up a monthly pledge under the AMA Foundation Torchbearer program will be entered into the drawing automatically. To enter the Giveaway without pledging a donation, submit your first and last name, home address, email address and phone number by email to Foundation@modelaircraft.org. Entry into the drawing will be open until midnight Eastern Time, February 28, 2021. No purchase or pledge necessary.
ELIGIBILITY: Anyone 18 years of age or older can enter the Giveaway except employees of the Academy of Model Aeronautics and the Academy of Model Aeronautics Foundation, their immediate family, or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited by law.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: The designated number of winners will be noted in the Giveaway description. The Winner will be selected by a random drawing within 72 hours of the contest deadline and notified by email. If contact information is requested from the winner and the winner does not respond by the deadline indicated in the email notification, the prize will be released to another winner. The chances of winning are dependent upon the number of entries. A record of the winner’s name and contact information will be kept on file at the Academy of Model Aeronautics and are available by writing the AMA Foundation, 5161 E. Memorial Drive, Muncie, IN 47302 or emailing foundation@modelaircraft.org.
GENERAL: By participating in Giveaways, participants agree to the Official Rules, and that AMA, its agents and employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from their use of the prize or their participation in the Giveaway. Prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. There can be no substitutions for a prize. AMA may use winners’ names for publicity purposes without further compensation. Taxes and expenses as a result of winning each prize are the responsibility of the winner.
AMA will not disclose any address, phone number, or email contact information without permission from the contest entrants unless otherwise noted in the Giveaway description.
